As Mano bankas rapidly expands, we are looking for HEAD OF AML OPERATIONS AND CONTROL UNIT to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• You will organize and ensure the AML and sanctions risk management in the I line KYC and transaction monitoring processes by providing and implementing recommendations for the improvements or eliminating shortcomings.
• You will prepare reports in the field of managed processes.
• You will organize and implement process optimization to effectively manage risks and ensure efficiency.
• You will ensure that owned internal documents related to managed processes are actual and updated.
• You will carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the highest quality standards and best practices.

What We Expect:

• A degree in business administration, finance or similar fields.
• Not less than 3 years work experience in the financial sector managing I line operations.
• Not less than 3 years experience in team management.
• Certificate in the field of AML/CFT (ACAMS, ICA) (advantage).
• Able to analyze processes, identifying areas for improvements.
• Able to make constructive recommendations and manage their implementation.
• Lithuanian language is must, fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
