We are currently looking for a Head of KYC to join and lead our team of KYC professionals, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance excellence.

What You Will Do:

• You will lead the KYC team by organizing the workload, setting the team and personal goals, ensuring smooth operations within defined SLAs.
  
• You will organize and ensure proper implementation of the control measures for the management of ML/TF and sanctions risks in the I line KYC processes.
  
• You will provide and implement recommendations for improvements or eliminating shortcomings.
  
• You will manage and optimize allocated resources and outsourced vendors across the KYC processes.
  
• You will collaborate with the other departments of the Bank to ensure that customers receive effective and compliant services.
  
• You will ensure that the owned internal documents related to KYC processes are actual and updated.
  
• You will carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the highest quality standards and best practices.
  

What We Expect:

• A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in a KYC or similar compliance role.
  
• Not less than 3 years of experience in managing KYC processes and teams.
  
• Certificate in the field of AML/CFT (ACAMS, ICA) (advantage).
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement, take initiative and ownership to implement constructive changes.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
