As Mano bankas rapidly expands, we are looking for a Capital and Liquidity Analyst to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare, analyze, and submit COREP package reports to the Bank of Lithuania in accordance with all applicable regulations, legal acts, and guidelines;
  
• Calculate liquidity and capital ratios and submit relevant reports to the Bank of Lithuania;
  
• Analyze changes in the indicators and provide insights and suggestions to the direct manager related to liquidity risk management;
  
• Execute the ILAAP procedure, including calculation methodologies and related aspects, in coordination with the direct manager;
  
• Prepare the Pillar 3 report in coordination with the direct manager;
  
• Continuously improve existing processes with the goal of optimizing and automating them to minimize the risk of human or technical errors.
  

What We Expect:

• A university degree in mathematics, finance, or economics;
• At least 3 years of experience working in the financial sector (preferably in a bank or credit union);
• In-depth knowledge of CRR, Basel, and other capital and liquidity-related regulations, legal acts, and guidelines;
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel;
• A responsible approach to work and strong attention to detail;
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
