As mano.bank rapidly expands, we are looking for The Operational Risk Analyst to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be working together with operational risk manager but will have personal goals and responsibilities, mainly consisting of outsourcing risk management, Self-assessment process and business continuity management.

• Maintenance of Operational Risk Policies and Procedures;
• Oversee Incident Management Processes;
• Identify, Assess, and Monitor Operational Risk;
• Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies and Controls;
• Provide Training and Support;
• Prepare Risk Reports;
• Contribute to Other Relevant Elements of the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework;
• Suggest Improvements and Changes;
• Keep Abreast with the Regulatory Environment and Emerging Trends;
• Improve and Enhance Operational Risk Management;
• Participate in the Preparation of the Business Continuity Plan;
• Coordination of Risk Control Self-Assessment Process;
• Contribution to Business Continuity Management Framework Development;
• Oversight of Outsourcing Risk Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 year experience in banking sector in operational risk management/analysis;
• Knowledge of main laws and requirements in operational risk, DORA, Outsourcing;
• English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication;
• Self-motivated to grow as operational risk expert;
• Neat and punctual;
• Track record of implemented projects would be nice to have.
