As Mano bankas rapidly expands, we are looking for a Product owner to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Take ownership, control and responsibility of the daily banking products development, to ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Carry out planning, including setting of goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Ensure business requirements collection & alignment with all stakeholders;
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog;
- Creation, description of process schemas, use cases;
- Manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs;
- Measure project performance, report and escalate to management as needed;
- Organize meetings, create agenda, take minutes;
- Take ownership and responsibility of the dedicated daily banking products (especially clients onboarding and “back office” system functionalities), coordinate align and prioritize development initiatives together with stakeholders, execute feasibility studies, create product business plan & business requirements for product development.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU :
- At least 2 years of experience in a daily banking products development, experience of development clients onboarding procedures at financial institutions will be considered an advantage;
- University Degree;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting;
- Ability to keep focus on results and business targets;
- Problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify and communicate the key issue, advise on necessary action, and drive resolution.
