As mano.bank rapidly expands, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team, who will own and grow relationships with mano.bank’ s B2B clients mainly around opening bank accounts, payments and currency exchange.
What You Will Do:
Provide leadership and operational support for managing existing and new clients;
Communicate with the potential clients and lead them throughout the onboarding journey;
Manage potential client expectations and take ownership of the reported daily banking issues;
Coordinate all client inquiries between internal stakeholders;
Participating in sales and marketing initiatives related to existing clients;
Drive towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring a client-focused, target-driven approach at all times.
What We Expect:
A degree in relevant field (business administration, marketing, economics or similar);
Minimum 1+ years of Account management or similar experience in a financial institution or a bank;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian);
Passion to work with advanced international companies, plus sense of understanding of online business industry, payment, and transaction trends;
Inter-personal and inter-cultural communication, problem solving and client-facing skills;
Systematic and consistent personality with ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
Experience in B2B sector with a focus on sales, consulting or product/business development would be an advantage;
Experience in business client onboarding or KYC within fintech industry would be an advantage.
