Payments Project Manager (E-commerce)

As Mano bankas continues to grow, we are looking for a Payments Project Manager to join our team. Your focus will be on developing card acceptance and open banking functionalities, providing product consultations to internal stakeholders, and assisting merchants with integrations into the e-commerce gateway, open banking solutions, and Payments API.
What You Will Do:
Lead projects integrating card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and alternative payment methods (APIs) into merchant systems, as well as integrations with the bank’s Payments API;
Develop and enhance functionalities in banking and acquiring systems to improve processes for customers and internal stakeholders;
Coordinate activities between merchant teams and PSP provider teams;
Gather stakeholder needs, analyze requirements for new e-commerce payment functionalities, and manage Jira tasks together with external partners;
Conduct periodic market research on e-commerce payments;
Consult internal stakeholders on product capabilities and solutions;
Assist merchants with integration-related issues involving e-commerce gateways, open banking, and payments API.
What We Expect:
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, payments, banking, or fintech, with a focus on payment solutions or merchant acquiring;
Knowledge of card payments (Visa/Mastercard schemes, card acceptance) and open banking payments (API, PSD2 compliance, payment initiation);
Technical knowledge of API integrations, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms;
Ability to read logs and translate technical findings into investigation tasks;
Strong analytical skills to evaluate new requirements and convert them into clear Jira tasks;
Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships;
Proven project management skills, with the ability to work independently and lead implementations of new functionalities.
